I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and the service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. I also appreciated the option of a kitchen suite with breakfast included, although I must say the bread from the bakery over the road was a delicious addition.
No major complaints, everything was alright.

The location of the hotel was great, being opposite the "beer garden" which served as a smokers corner, adding to the pub's restaurant ambience. It was also close to everything I needed in the Penrith area. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were good lighting and a TV in the room, and the room was quiet, with no noise from the hotel or traffic. The hotel also had excellent eating facilities.
The mattress in the room was too soft and spongy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We were really surprised by the comfortable beds and friendly staff at Nightcap. Despite some noise from the pub, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff, especially the manager, Mario, were friendly and professional. The hotel offered a complimentary drink upon check-in, a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to everything we needed in the area, including the pub.

Spacious rooms with self-contained amenities. Ample parking next to a large park. Scrumptious breakfast packages, well-liked by guests. Friendly staff. Convenient location with shops nearby.
